Israel Retaliates: IDF Artillery Hits Syrian Military Targets

 

“The IDF will not tolerate any attempt to harm Israel’s sovereignty and the security of its residents.”

The IDF on Wednesday launch and artillery strike on Syrian army targets in the norther Golan Heights in response to a mortar shell that fell in Israeli territory earlier in the day.

The mortar shell was thought to have breached the border as fallout from fighting in Syria, however the IDF said it holds the Syrian regime responsible for all activities emanating from its territory.

Syrian mortar falls in Golan Heights, no one hurt, no damage

 

Israel is once again hit by stray fire from Syria following approximately 2 months of relative quiet.
• IDF reports no one hurt in the incident, with no property damage yet reported.

A mortar shell from Syria landed inside Israeli territory in the Golan Heights region, the IDF reported Wednesday morning. No one was harmed by the mortar, and no property damage was reported.

Palestinian terrorist neutralized during stabbing attack in Samaria

 

IDF solider unhurt as the Palestinian terrorist’s thrust of his screwdriver failed to penetrate the soldier’s protective vest.

An Arab terrorist attacked IDF soldiers in Samaria Wednesday morning, attempting to stab them with a screwdriver.

The attacker was shot and neutralized during the incident, which took place between Tapuah Junction and the Arab village of Hawara, near the Jewish community of Yitzhar.

The wounded terrorist was treated on the scene by emergency responders.

While the terrorist managed to stab one soldier at the scene, the screwdriver failed to penetrate the soldier’s protective vest.

The IDF has warned the international community that the water infrastructure in the West Bank and Gaza will collapse as long as the Palestinian Authority refuses to cooperate with Israel.

You’d think a story like this would be making major headlines, given the amount of attention that’s afforded every other aspect of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. But the forced conversion of Christians to Islam by Gaza’s Hamas rulers just doesn’t seem to interest Western power brokers.

French Official: Peace initiative to move forward by year’s end

France’s special envoy for the Israeli-Palestinian peace process says his country’s initiative will test Israel’s resolve to reach a solution.

Pierre Vimont, France’s special envoy for the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, said at a conference in Tel Aviv on Sunday that it was his government’s intention to move forward on the French peace initiative by the end of this year.

The conference was held by the Macro Center for Political Economics and the Institute for National Security Studies. REPORT: Russian PM declares support of Jewish connection to Jerusalem
