The German Bundestag’s vote on Friday makes Germany the first country in the European Union to rule that the BDS movement is antisemitic, making no attempt to build coexistence or peace between Israel and its neighbors.
BY JERUSALEM POST STAFF
In a landmark vote the German Bundestag ruled on Friday that the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement is antisemitic, calling on German Federal offices and bodies not to collaborate in any way with events that advocate to boycott or delegitimize the Jewish state.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu congratulated the Bundestag on its “important decision to recognize BDS as an anti-Semitic movement and that it is forbidden to support it.” Continue Reading »

By trying to aid the ‘Palestinian cause’, a Dutch BDS activist spotlighted the sell of Israeli wines in an openly anti-Israeli Tweet; she unintentionally motivated Netherland’s pro-Israel supporters to go out and buy every bottle of Efrat wines at many of the supermarket’s locations.
The anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement suffered a major setback in the Netherlands last week when one of its activists inadvertently sparked a rush on Israeli wines in the European country.
Mieke Zagt thought she was serving the Palestinian cause when she took to Twitter to call out local supermarket chain Hema for carrying Efrat wines. Continue Reading »

Can’t help but laugh 😂: U.S. Rep. Rashida Tlaib’ (D) who is a rabid supporter of Palestine and has supported the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement against Israel, uses her Israeli made website to do so.
By Ryan Jones
The Israel Advocacy Movement has uncovered a juicy and hilarious bit of information that once again exposes both the foolishness and failure of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement against Israel.
Rashida Tlaib was among a handful of radical Democratic candidates to suddenly find herself in the spotlight after winning a seat in the US House of Representatives.

While the Senate managed to pass a bill empowering states and local governments to ban cooperation with the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement, the refusal of nearly two dozen senators to back the legislation has highlighted the growing divided within the Democratic Party over support for Israel.
With the bill now taken up by the Democratic-led House of Representatives, some factions within the party have vowed to oppose the bill – not only citing what some call freedom of speech issues, but even their support for anti-Israel boycotts. Continue Reading »

By Ben Ariel
Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan on Wednesday threatened to ban Amnesty International from Israel after the group published a report calling on popular tourism websites to boycott Jewish heritage sites.
“Amnesty International, that hypocritical organization that speaks in the name of human rights, is acting to promote a boycott of Israelis as part of a campaign of anti-Semitic delegitimization,” said Erdan.
“I have instructed the ministry of strategic affairs to examine the possibility of preventing the entry of members of Amnesty to Israel. Continue Reading »
WASHINGTON – Airbnb’s move this week to delist properties located in Jewish settlements in the West Bank from its website prompted enough of an outcry in Israel to be heard in Washington, where key lawmakers are expressing concern and raising the prospect of legal action against the service giant.
Israel’s former Ambassador to the US, Michael Oren, “Airbnb blacklists Jewish apartments in Judea & Samaria – not Palestinian apartments, not apartments in Turkish occupied Cyprus, not in Moroccan occupied Sahara, not in Tibet or the Crimea. – Airbnb’s policy is the very definition of antisemitism. No one should use its services.”
Airbnb agreed to boycott West Bank settlements and announced plans Monday to remove settler listings from its popular website of temporary rentals in 191 countries.
“Another BDS [Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions] win!” multiple pro-Palestinian groups jubilantly claimed on social media.
Another BDS WIN!!! @Airbnb says it will remove all listings in Israeli settlements built on stolen Palestinian land, following a joint BDS campaign by USCPR, AMP, CODEPINK, FOSNA, JVP, SumOfUs, and USCPN.
WASHINGTON – A bipartisan bill combating the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement making its way through Congress has earned the support of a majority of senators, save for a handful that share one thing in common: plans to run for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination.
No senator who has expressed an interest in running for president this cycle – Senators Kamala Harris of California, Cory Booker of New Jersey, Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, Bernie Sanders of Vermont and Kirsten Gillibrand of New York – has joined 57 of their colleagues to cosponsor the Israel Anti-Boycott Act. #BDSfail: Jerusalem District Court on Monday maintained the legal privilege of attorney-client confidentiality to outside parties when pro-Palestinian activists claim protecting identities of foreign attorneys representing Israel’s interests overseas “poses a slippery slope of anti-democratic activity.”
