The Israel Air Force targeted two cells launching incendiary balloons in the Southern Gaza Strip on Sunday just hours after it struck the vehicle of one of the leaders responsible for sending  incendiary kites and balloons from the northern Gaza Strip, the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit said in a statement on Sunday.

IAF fighter jets on Sunday morning targeted five terror targets at a military compound belonging to the Hamas terror organization’s naval force in the northern Gaza Strip, said the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit.

“This was an additional IDF strike carried out last night targeting terror sites belonging to the Hamas terror organization, which is responsible for all events that transpire and emanate from the Gaza Strip – most notably the severe attacks it conducts against Israel and its civilians,” it said. IDF Video details ‘secret’ Gaza targets destroyed, including Hamas subs

Among the 60 some targets hit by Israel’s Air Force, the IDF video shows stockpiles of weapons and ammunitions, destroyed, as well as a naval base housing a small fleet of unmanned submarines. The reprisal led Hamas to end all rocket attacks on Israel.

IDF destroys Hamas’ 9th terror-tunnel in Saturday’s retaliatory strike in Gaza

The Israel Air Force on Saturday evening destroyed a Hamas offensive tunnel that was in advanced stages of building mere meters from the Erez crossing in the northern Gaza Strip.

Israel Air Force (IAF) aircraft on Friday night attacked six terrorist targets belonging to the Hamas naval force in Gaza, the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit said.

The IDF foiled Saturday night an attempt by the Hamas terrorist organization to renew a terror attack tunnel in the Kerem Shalom area.

6 Hamas positions hit by air & ground forces after RPG fired at IDF patrol

IDF is checking the possibility that one of the two powerful bombs that detonated within a minute of each other near IDF soldiers this morning was actually an RPG or anti-tank rocket.

The IDF Spokesperson’s Office provided additional details about the security incident that took place this morning, Thursday, along the Gaza Strip border.

The details revealed so far indicated that two powerful bombs were detonated within a minute of each other as an armored force passed this morning near Nahal Oz .

IDF fighter jets overnight Sunday attacked an underground infrastructure in southern Gaza, the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit said.

According to the statement, the attack was carried out in response to Sunday evening’s rocket fire towards Israeli territory.

IDF arrests 3 Gazans who crossed into Israel, Jets strike targets near Gaza-Egypt border

IDF announced 3 Palestinians from Gaza who crossed over border fence into Israel were arrested Saturday evening and that IAF jets destroyed “terrorist infrastructure” near the Gaza-Egypt border, which Palestinian media reported to be a tunnel.
– Without going into details, the IDF also announced it would be closing the Kerem Shalom crossing after an assessment of the current security situation with Gaza.

Did the IDF quietly destroy a Hamas terror-tunnel in the heart of Gaza?

The IDF spokesperson’s unusual announcement regarding the last air strike in Gaza on ‘central terror infrastructure’ left many in Israel curious, since it may well imply an attack on a Hamas terror tunnel.

In light of the IDF Spokesperson’s unusual wording in describing on the IDF’s airstrike last night in Gaza, assessments are that the IDF attacked a terror tunnel belonging to the Islamic Jihad terror organization.

The Spokesperson had announced a strike on “central terrorist infrastructure in Gaza,” without providing details about the target.
