Staunch liberal advocate Meryl Streep conspicuously identified foreign born actors by city and country in her unsolicited political acceptance speech, but when it came to Natalie Portman, she neglected to say, ‘Israel’.

While accepting a lifetime achievement award at the Golden Globes earlier this week, actress Meryl Streep went on a rant about how terrible she thinks Donald Trump is.

Undetected until a couple days later was that Streep also took a subtle jab at Israel.

Arab Report: Qatar began mediating prisoner exchange between Hamas, Israel

 

Arab-Israeli newspaper reports Hamas made their engagement in negotiations conditional upon the re-release of 60 Palestinians prisoners who were first released as part of the ‘Shalit deal’ but later arrested once again. Israel agreed, but insists they be relocated to Qatar or Gaza, a condition Hamas outright rejected.

French doctors, accompanied with journalists, tour Israel’s emergency underground hospital at the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center to learn about emergency protocols enacted when dealing with mass casualties.

A delegation of French doctors arrived in Israel to learn about emergency protocols for hospitals in situations of mass casualties and terrorist attacks, French media reported.

The doctors and the accompanying press team visited the ninth floor underground at the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, where there is a sheltered emergency room. The Israeli medical staff explained to their French counterparts that all 800 patients in the hospital, along with the medical equipment, can be relocated to the underground sheltered floors in less than an hour. Ancient Roman theater discovered overlooking the Sea of Galilee, in northern Israel

 

The gate, which is nearly excavated, likely bore the bronze mask of Pan that was found in one of the gate towers, leading archeologists to believe the theater hosted rituals honoring one of the gods of the Greco-Roman pantheon.

IDF forces shot and killed a knife-wielding terrorist overnight Monday after he attacked a group of soldiers in the Far’a refugee camp in the West Bank.

The terrorist, 33-year-old Mohammad Al-Salahi, shouted “Allahu Akbar” and did not heed calls to stop.

Ignoring all others in Syria, UN organization appeals for donations to assist Palestinians

 

Unique to only Palestinians, who have their very own UN refugee relief organization, UNRWA seeks $411 million to support only the Syrian ‘Palestinian’ refugees.

The UN’s agency for Palestinian refugees on Monday appealed for emergency funds to provide aid to nearly half a million Palestinians affected by the war in Syria.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency, UNRWA, said almost all the estimated 450,000 Palestinian refugees still inside Syria are in “critical need” of humanitarian aid in order to survive.

Record number of organ transplants in Israel for 2016

 

Hospitals throughout Israel saved 504 lives in 2016 attributed to organ transplants, compared with 433 in 2015.
• 1,116 patients still waiting for organ transplants, most of them needing a liver, kidney or heart.
• 61% of families approached about donating a dead loved one’s organs agreed.

Israel TV2 reports local satellite intel apparently proved what western intelligence agencies have long suspected: Syria is in possession of a wide array of Russia’s most advanced missiles.
