Palestinian terrorist rams 3 IDF soldiers in vehicle attack

Two IDF soldiers sustain light injuries, one in moderate condition in car ramming terrorist attack near the Gush Etzion junction in Judea and Samaria
• Palestinian terrorist shot dead during attack.

Three IDF soldiers were injured in varying degrees Monday when they were hit by a Palestinian vehicle near the large Gush Etzion intersection in Judea.

The event has been characterized as a terrorist ramming attack.

Israeli forces fired at the Palestinian driver and killed him.

The soldiers were patrolling a main artery south of the Gush Etzion junction when a private vehicle suddenly swerved and hit them. Continue Reading »

Three Israelis, two identified as Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers and one a Border Police officer, were lightly injured in a suspected car-ramming attack in the northern city of Acre on Sunday.

The driver of the vehicle was shot and seriously wounded in attempts to subdue him.

Palestinian incitement in ‘car intifada’ against Israelis used in their media.

Police said that the background of the incident remains unknown, but that they were investigating the possibility that the incident was nationalistically motivated.

A female Arab driver drove her vehicle over a curve and reportedly attempted to hit a group of civilians and soldiers who were standing at a bus stop in the Gush Etzion Junction.

MDA EMTs and paramedics are providing medical treatment to a 28 year old woman in advanced stages of pregnancy who suffered a panic attack. No injuries were reported. The driver of the vehicle was shot and is being treated by an IDF medical team. Continue Reading »

Palestinian neutralized in West Bank trying to run over Israelis at bus stop

 

No-one injured except the killed Palestinian terrorist, in the attempted car-ramming attack.

A suspected terror attack was thwarted at a bus stop near the town of Kochav Ya’akov in the Binyamin region in the Binyamin region.

A terrorist veered from the main road and crashed into a bus stop where soldiers and civilians were standing. The terrorist was holding a knife but did not get out of the car. No injuries were reported during the attack. The terrorist was neutralized by two soldiers waiting at the bus stop.

Tour Guide Ethan Rond was guiding a group of IDF cadets from the officer’s school at base 1 when a terrorist rammed the soldiers with a truck.

Rond said that he saw the truck drive in reverse after it initially rammed the soldiers in order to maximize casualties.

For the second time in two hours, IDF troops on Friday afternoon foiled an attempted Palestinian Arab terrorist attack.

A terrorist tried to run over IDF soldiers at the entrance to the village of Ofra, in the Binyamin region. The soldiers were able to avoid the vehicle and opened fire at the terrorist, killing him.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday decided to fortify 300 bus stations in Jerusalem after a terrorist from East Jerusalem rammed his car into people waiting at a bus stop at the western entrance to the capital, wounding 11 people.

The prime minister held a consultation with Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz, Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan, and Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat in the wake of the attack, in which he instructed them to place concrete barriers in front of hundreds of Jerusalem bus stations.

A Palestinian terrorist was shot and killed Wednesday morning after driving his vehicle into two Border Police officers in east Jerusalem’s A-Tur neighborhood.

According to Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld, the attack took place shortly before 10 a.m. when the unidentified assailant rammed his car into a male and female officer, who sustained light-to moderate wounds to their legs and hips.

A Palestinian driver deliberately rammed his car into a Jerusalem bus stop this week and killed an Israeli man in a “horrible attack”, police chief Yohanan Danino said on Saturday.

“Today we can say that it is a horrible attack,” Danino said in a statement after an investigation into Wednesday’s incident. He ruled out initial suggestions that it had been an accident.
