Visiting Christian Millennials Realize Media Deceived Them About Israel

A party of eleven young millennials visiting from seven Western countries were flabbergasted when an Arab Christian told them, “There is no [Israeli] occupation,” adding, “Where is the occupation? We are completely under the Palestinian Authority.”

An international group of millennials have seen the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in a new light after engaging with both sides – and being shocked by what they discovered.

A party of eleven young people from seven nations were brought together for the chance to understand issues from the point of view of those living there. They were deliberately not primed to view things from any particular perspective in order to allow them to form their own conclusions through interviews and talks with representatives of both Israelis and Palestinians. Palestinians now exploit UNICEF in its political battles against Israel and the IDF

The nonprofit watchdog group NGO Monitor just revealed that “UNICEF Palestine” has joined other UN NGOs, such as UNESCO, UNRWA in its political war on Israel, by targeting the IDF to be added to a U.N. blacklist of organizations that violate children’s rights, e.g. Islamic State (ISIS), al-Qaida, Boko Haram and the Taliban.

MK Ahmad Tibi (Joint List) attacked Israel and a UN-held celebration of the 1947 Partition Plan vote which led to Israel’s Declaration of Independence, saying it is hypocritical of the state to celebrate such an event while denying Palestinians independence.

Speaking at a United Nations convention held in observance of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, Tibi panned Israel for what he says are discriminatory acts.

A scuffle broke out between audience members after firebrand Arab Israeli lawmaker Hanin Zoabi (Joint List) said Israel was “becoming a fascist state” during a speech in Birmingham on Tuesday.

Zoabi delivered a controversial speech, comparing Israel to Nazi Germany, which sparked a brawl between hecklers from the audience who accused her of incitement.
