REPORT: Iran to send Hamas combatants to fight with Hezbollah in Iraq

 

A-Sharq al-Awsat reports Hamas will be fighting along the Lebanese Shi’ite militant group Hezbollah and Shi’ite Houthi militias in Mosul and Kirkuk.

Iran is planning to have Hamas fighters join the battle for the liberation of Mosul, Iraq, the Jerusalem Post reports, citing A-Sharq al-Awsat.

Hamas’ army of 1000 tunnel diggers keeps Gaza’s lucrative terror business alive

 

Beyond enabling smuggling from Egypt into Gaza, other tunnels are used by Hamas’ elite combat unit, Al Nukhbeh, which recently lost several fighters when a tunnel they were practicing attacks on Israel collapsed.

Newly obtained Hamas anti-aircraft unit debuts in Gaza parade

 

A Soviet-made anti-aircraft gun, most likely taken out of Libya, was seen in Gaza last week at a Hamas military parade.

The Hamas terror group is acquiring anti-aircraft weaponry, the Al-Masdar news agency reported on Monday.

A Soviet-built Gryazev-Shipunov GSh-23 anti-air heavy machine gun was reportedly spotted during a Hamas military parade in Gaza last week.

The weapon is believed to have been smuggled into the Gaza Strip via the Sinai Peninsula by ISIS cells operating in the area. If confirmed, this would validate suspicions of expanding cooperating between Hamas and ISIS cells in the Sinai. Continue Reading »

Hamas reports to have found Israeli surveillance robot in a Gaza terror-tunnel

 

Hamas leader, Ismail Haniyeh announced that his Islamic group found an underground IDF vehicle equipped with sensors & cameras that monitored their tunnels.

Ismail Haniyeh, Hamas’s leader in Gaza, said that 10 days ago the group’s armed wing “discovered an underground vehicle on which were installed cameras and sensors to monitor tunnels and fighters.”

Eighth Terrorist Dead After Another Hamas Terror-Tunnel Collapses in Gaza

 

Only a week after 7 Palestinian terrorists were killed digging a Gaza terror-tunnel when it collapsed due to heavy rainfall, another incident yesterday killed yet another Hamas terrorist.

A member of Hamas’s “military arm,” the Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades, has died after an underground tunnel collapsed in the Gaza Strip Tuesday.

The terrorist was identified by Hamas’s Al Aqsa TV station as 23-year-old Khaider a-Zahar.

His death was formally announced after numerous Palestinian media outlets reported that one person was missing and eight others injured after the tunnel collapsed earlier this evening.

It comes just one week after seven other Hamas terrorists were killed under similar circumstances, when the tunnel they were in collapsed as a result of heavy rainfall. Continue Reading »

Hamas leader corrects Abbas’s propaganda: Jihad, not despair, behind Palestinian violence

 

The Hamas leader in Gaza, Ismail Haniyeh, unimpressed with Mahmoud Abbas’s propaganda remark to Christian media that the current ‘knife attacks’ were the result of Palestinians’ despair, said, “This intifada is a jihad, a holy war fought by the Palestinian people against the Zionist occupation. Only a holy war will drive the occupier out of Palestine.”

Hamas: Christian Celebration of New Year’s Eve is Totally Forbidden in Gaza Strip

 

In another blow to the dwindling Christian population in Gaza, a Hamas spokesman says New Year’s Eve celebrations (a.k.a. Saint Sylvester’s Day to the Catholic Church in many countries) will not be allowed because it is “contrary to our traditions and an imitation of the West.”

US Federal grant of $100,000 goes to Hamas fundraising front

 

USAID, an American taxpayer-funded organization, gives a substantial grant to a known Hamas linked fundraising group banned in Israel and the UAE for channeling financial assistance to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood.

The US Agency for International Development (USAID), a taxpayer-funded aid organization, is giving a $100,000 federal grant to an Islamic charity banned in Israel for giving aid to Hamas and other terrorist organizations.

Grant information on the USAID endowment reveals the massive allotment to Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW) will be given in 2016 for various foreign projects.

IRW was banned in Israel and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in 2014, after investigations revealed it was a fundraising front for Hamas, channeling its donations to funding attacks and paying terrorists. Continue Reading »

The Palestinian Authority (PA) has banned a Gaza-based Hamas network from broadcasting within its borders Monday, it announced on its official Facebook page – apparently to stop incitement

While Israel has cracked down on incitement against Israelis and Jews from within the PA, the PA itself has apparently begun monitoring – and filtering – broadcasts as well.
