ICC Decision: Int’l Court Rejects Request to Investigate Mavi Marmara Raid By Israel Navy

International Criminal Court lawyers at the Hague, ruled maritime incident  beyond their jurisdiction, though IDF may have committed war crimes during Mavi Marmara raid.

International prosecutors have ruled there are grounds to believe war crimes were committed during an Israeli raid that killed nine Turkish activists in 2010, but decided the case is beyond their remit, according to court papers seen by Reuters.

Amnesty International Strikes Hard at Israel, Neglects Condemning Hamas in Report

 

 

Israeli embassy in London said “the report does not mention the word terror in relation to Hamas or other armed Palestinian groups, nor mention tunnels built by Hamas to infiltrate Israel and perpetrate terror attacks…ignores documented war crimes perpetrated by Hamas…Instead, Amnesty serves as a propaganda tool for Hamas and other terror groups.”

In the wake of the attempted assassination of Rabbi Yehuda Glick, a prominent advocate of allowing Jews to worship atop the Temple Mount, the Obama Administration confirmed that it supports the suppression of full religious freedom at the Jerusalem holy site.

Israel Aerospace Industries inaugurated Tuesday a new plant for the manufacture of American fighter pilot wings for F-35 aircraft near Ben Gurion Airport.

As part of the deal, the IDF will receive 19 stealth aircraft at a cost of $2.7 billion, which will be deducted from US aid funds to Israel.

The Israeli Embassy in Ireland is battling a new threat these days – fake Tweets. Unknown perpetrators attempted to discredit the embassy by uploading a screenshot of fake Tweets to Reddit Ireland, purporting to come from the Israeli Embassy’s official account, which taunted the Irish government and people.
