Abbas: Israel & Hamas negotiating with Egypt to annex part of Sinai to Gaza

 

Hamas officials, Abbas has lost his legitimacy as president of the PA and no longer represents the Palestinians. Another said that Abbas was behaving like a “clown.”

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas was quoted on Monday as claiming that Israel and Hamas have been conducting direct negotiations to expand the Gaza Strip so that it would include some 1,000 square kilometers of Sinai.

REPORT: New head of PLO threatened to end recognition of Israel

 

Saeb Erekat, the latest PLO secretary-general, is reported by Al-Quds al-Arabi as saying a decision to end recognition of Israel is upcoming. Erekat, along with being the Palestinian’s leading negotiator, is a ‘Grandmaster’ in Taqiyya, deception, & media spin.

Saeb Erekat, who recently took over as secretary-general of the PLO, is quoted by Al-Quds al-Arabi as saying that a decision on reversing recognition of Israel – which was enshrined in a 1993 exchange of letters between the respective Israeli and Palestinian leaders at the time, Yitzhak Rabin and Yasser Arafat – will be made after PA President Mahmoud Abbas completes a round of consultations with Arab leaders this month. Egypt’s flooding Gaza’s tunnels dampens Hamas’ smuggling business

 

After refusing to close the smuggling tunnels out of Gaza, the Egyptian army’s campaign to flood every tunnel crossing into the country has provoked the ire of the Palestinians.

* Because of widespread corruption by Hamas & within the UN, most international funding to reconstruct Gaza has not been forthcoming.

Unconfirmed reports suggest Israeli ground forces briefly entered Syria on Saturday evening after an Israeli man paraglided across the border.

It was initially feared that the paragliding Israeli unintentionally drifted into war-torn Syria and would there be abducted by one of various terrorist militias. The northern Golan Heights region is popular with Israeli paragliders.

Bedouin Leaders Call on Jordan’s King to Declare War on Israel

 

Bedouin leaders published a letter sent to Jordan’s King Abdullah, urging the Kingdom to create special military brigades that will attack and liberate Jerusalem from the Zionists.

More than 50 Bedouin leaders have published a joint statement in which they call on Jordanian King Abdullah to create a military unit tasked with “liberating” Jerusalem.

“Arab regimes in general, and the Jordanian regime in particular have shirked their religious, national, and ethical responsibility towards the most important Arab and Muslim problem, the Palestinian problem,” the statement read, according to the Arabi 21 news site.

The Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades, the “terrorism arm” of the Fatah movement behind the government of Palestinian Authority (PA) Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, welcomed the shooting attack on the Be’er Sheva Central Bus Station Sunday, calling it a “heroic operation.”

“We call upon the Arab and Islamic nation to shoulder its responsibility towards Al-Aqsa Mosque,” the Brigades added in a statement, promising to “respond quickly” to “the enemy.”

Egyptian Army Floods Hamas Tunnels From Gaza

Egyptian forces flooded smuggling tunnels dug beneath the Gaza-Egypt border, in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, on Friday Palestinian witnesses said.

The authorities used pipes to pump water from the Mediterranean Sea in an apparent effort to curb the use of the underground passages.

Tunnel workers attempted to remove the water.
