Thousands of Palestinian Arabs rallied in cities across the so-called “West Bank” on Saturday demanding that their leadership stop participating in US-brokered peace talks with Israel.
Organized by left-wing Palestinian political movements, the demonstrations lambasted US Secretary of State John Kerry’s peace proposals as legitimizing the “Israeli occupation,” according to Bethlehem’s Ma’an news agency.

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, his wife Sarah and members of the staff of the Prime Minister’s Office who are currently visiting Davos, Switzerland, chose to respect the Sabbath and walk back to their hotel from the Friday evening ‘kabbalat shabbat’ reception held in their honor by the Jewish community of Davos.
Netanyahu had been driven to the hotel that hosted the ceremony before the Sabbath began.

Netanyahu reportedly revealed to Solberg that his son, Yair, had recently vacationed in the northern part of Norway with his new girlfriend, , a Norwegian national who is currently studying at Israel’s Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.

An Internal Revenue Service audit recommends stripping a New York-based charity of its tax-exempt status after it served as a conduit for donations for a convoy that delivered cash and goods to Hamas officials in Gaza.
The investigation was prompted by a 2009 report by the Investigative Project on Terrorism that documented statements during a Viva Palestina fundraiser directing contributions to the charity, the Interreligious Foundation for Community Organizations (IFCO)/Pastors for Peace.

Boxes containing pigs’ heads have been sent to the Israeli embassy in Rome and the city’s synagogue, Italian media reported Saturday.
The package mailed to the embassy in the wealthy Parioli area of the Italian capital was intercepted by police after other similar parcels were sent to the synagogue and the Jewish Museum of Rome.
