CNN continually reports a false narrative in its reporting of Palestinian terrorism to demonize Israel.

Opinion: Abbas’ gov’t inadvertently pushed Palestinians into Israel’s arms

Op-Ed: Since the PA halted contacts with Israel, the Palestinian public now turns directly to the Israelis for work permits, no longer paying the PA fees for the permits, interacting directly with Israel and no longer dependent on the bureaucracy of the Abbas government, all see by the PA as an existential nightmare for the authorities in Ramallah.

By Michael Milstein

About a month ago, an odd occurrence happened in Hebron, the like of which has not been seen since the establishment of the Palestinian Authority in 1994. Thousands of Palestinians gathered at the gate of the Israel’s local Coordination and Liaison headquarters to obtain work permits at zero cost. The bill, allowing for possession of up to 50 grams for personal use and up to 2 marijuana plants growing under natural light in a private place, also for personal use, would no longer be a crime.

REVEALED: Following Obama betrayal at UNSC, Israel sought Putin’s protection

Why, 3.5 years after the Obama White House betrayal of Israel at UN Security Council, did PM Netanyahu tell “in a closed meeting” this week how he turned to Russian President Putin to stop a second American anti-Israeli resolution at the United Nations?

By LAHAV HARKOV

Germany to oppose EU sanctions on Israel over W.Bank annexation

Although France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Belgium and Spain may go so far as officially recognize a Palestinian state, Berlin will not, and sources say, Germany will not support EU or UN sanctions should Israel annex parts of the West Bank.

By Itamar Eichner

Germany will not support sanctions over Israel’s planned unilateral annexation of parts of the West Bank or recognize Palestinian independence, a diplomatic official in Jerusalem said Monday.

However, the official stressed that annexation would likely put a strain on the relations between Jerusalem and Berlin, and Germany’s willingness to support Israel on the international scene.

Germany is set in July to take the presidency of two key institutions, the Council of the European Union for six months, as well as the UN Security Council for a month, meaning, Berlin will head two major international forums just as they will need to respond to Israeli actions, should Jerusalem move forward with its intention to apply sovereignty onto the contested territory. Treatment of a new disease such as COVID-19 using an existing, approved drug may serve as an effective short-term solution considering that one of the major challenges in addressing such a pandemic is the length of time it takes for both the research and approval phases of new drugs.
