The IDF’s new ‘Lahav Or’ laser system located and intercepted 32 incendiary and explosive balloons which were launched from the Gaza Strip at Israel yesterday, including one interception which caused the balloon to explode in midair.

Israel Police “neutralize” Palestinian terrorist at Cave of the Patriarchs

The female Palestinian terrorist was shot while approaching Israel Border Police officers with her knife drawn, attempting to stab a police officer as they were securing Judaism’s oldest holy site; the terrorist’s condition is described as critical.

Israeli security thwarted a suspected terror attack at the Cave of the Patriarchs in the West Bank city of Hebron on Wednesday when a Palestinian woman attempted to stab Border Policemen stationed in the area.

A Border Policewoman was lightly wounded Tuesday after a Molotov cocktail was thrown at a police station near Lions’ Gate in the Old City of Jerusalem.The police entered the Temple Mount following the attack and closed off all the entrances and exits to the compound in order to locate the perpetrators, which led to violent clashes between the worshippers and Israeli security services. Israel Border Police officers arrest Arab resident of Jerusalem after having received a NIS 30,000 payment from the Hamas terror organization for his family member sentenced to prison.

Border Police officers arrested an Arab resident of eastern Jerusalem suspected of receiving money from the Hamas terror organization in the Gaza Strip.

Intelligence information led the officers to the Shuafat refugee camp, where they found the suspect had received (pictured above) NIS 30,000 ($8,200) from the Hamas organization in the Gaza Strip.

Senior Fatah official Jibril Rajoub was filmed on Wednesday as he verbally confronted Border Police officers at the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hevron.

Rajoub was filmed at the exit to the compound as he was yelling at a Border Police officer: “Do not threaten me, calm down, what a madman you are, do not shout at anyone.”

Border police thwarted at attempted stabbing attack against their forces at the Tapuach junction in the Samaria region of the West Bank on Tuesday afternoon.

An officer in an observation post noted two suspicious looking Palestinian men in the area of a bus station at the junction, according to police.

Border Police kill drug smuggler, capture contraband near Israel-Egypt border

In a firefight near Israel’s southern border with Border Police forces, one smuggler is killed as large smuggling operation was foiled with dozens of kilograms of drugs and vehicle seized.
• No injuries were reported among Israeli security personnel.

Border Police thwarted a drug smuggling operation near the Israel-Egypt border overnight. One smuggler was killed during a firefight that erupted during the operation. No injuries were reported among the Israeli troops.

A 14 yr-old girl from Hebron was sold by her abusive father for about $3000, but with the assistance of the Israel Border Police, has been rescued and taken to a secure location by Israeli welfare services.

An Israeli Bedouin girl was sold into marriage by her father, but managed to escape and was rescued by Israeli security forces, Haaretz reported on Wednesday.

A male Palestinian was arrested during an early morning police raid, with over a dozen weapons, hundreds of ammunition rounds, IDF uniforms, and related paramilitary equipment seized.

Border Police raided a makeshift arms factory in the West Bank village of Beit Arush early Thursday morning, arresting one man and seizing a cache of illegal rifles, improvised automatic weapons, IDF uniforms, binoculars and ammunition.
