UN Questions Palestinians About Its State Sponsored Antisemitism

The UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination held in Geneva today, called on the PA to explain its systematic use of hate speech & antisemitism in official statements and in its anti-Israel prejudice and incitement to hatred in its textbooks.

The Palestinian Authority was called to task for hate speech and antisemitism in its official statements and in its textbooks during the government’s first ever review by the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination held in Geneva on Tuesday.

U.S. blocks anti-Israel resolution at the UN Security Council

Facilitated by the Palestinian Authority, Kuwait, Indonesia and South Africa sought to condemn Israel for it’s demolition of 10 apartment buildings illegally built, in what Israel’s High Court determined a high security threat to the State by ignoring their location and defiantly constructing them along Israel’s security barrier.

UNITED NATIONS – The United States on Wednesday blocked an attempt by Kuwait, Indonesia and South Africa to get the United Nations Security Council to condemn Israel’s demolition of Palestinian homes on the outskirts of Jerusalem, diplomats said.

Israel said the 10 apartment buildings demolished on Monday, most of them still under construction, had been built illegally and posed a security risk to Israeli armed forces operating along a barrier that runs through the West Bank. Continue Reading »

PA Threatens to Sever Ties With Israel After Demolition of Illegal Structures

Although the Wadi Hummus residents knew they were defiantly building on Israel’s side of the security fence, they claim that when they began construction they were unaware of the 2011 edict prohibiting construction within such a short distance of the barrier.

Despite economic hardship Palestinians increase ‘Pay to Slay’ by 12%

Just as the PA claims it’s on the brink of financial collapse, Palestinian Media Watch reported that Palestinian Authority autocrat has approved paying terrorists and their families nearly $66 million in the first 5 months of 2019 and vowed to keep up payments, “even if the PA has to spend its last penny to do so.”

Israel follows US in deducting ‘Pay to Slay’ funds by withholding $138 million

The decision to withhold payments began last year when Israel’s Knesset passed a law requiring an ‘equal amount’ deducted from tax transfers to the PA, unless the generous monthly stipends to Palestinian security prisoners and their families ceased.

Israel’s security council approved a million dollar freeze on funds transferred to the Palestinian Authority (PA) in a bid to offset terrorist’s salaries, after months of bureaucratic wrangling culminated in the government’s sizable to slash the West Bank-based body on Sunday.

It must have been quite a surprise to Times readers to learn that there was such a thing as a Palestinian government, since until now, all they have heard —in the Times and other major news media— is that Israel “occupies” the Palestinian Arabs.

The Jerusalem District Court has placed a temporary lien on a plot of land in Jerusalem owned by the late Yasser Arafat.

The court issued the order after a lawsuit was filed against the Palestinian Authority and Yasser Arafat’s estate.

The lawsuit was filed by Shurat Hadin – Israel Law Center on behalf of eight families of victims killed by Palestinian Arab terrorists.

PA demands Palestinian homeowners seek official approval to deal with Israeli Arabs

Saying Israeli Arabs are involved in nefarious endeavors and must be vetted by Abbas’ Preventive Security Forces before Palestinians are allowed to rent their home, the PA seeks to eliminate possibility that Israeli Arabs may be used as go-between to facilitate property sales to Jews.

Palestinians sentence American to life with hard labor for selling home to Jews

Palestinian court in Ramallah, run by autocrat Mahmoud Abbas’ Palestinian Authority, has sentenced an American citizen who also has an Israeli ID card, to life in prison and hard labor, for his real estate deal with Jews.

An American citizen was sentenced to life in prison by a Palestinian Authority court Monday for involvement in the sale of Arab-owned real estate to Jews.

On Monday, the Grand Criminal Court in Ramallah sentenced Isaam Akel, an Arab American who also holds an Israeli identification card, to life imprisonment with hard labor, the PA’s WAFA media outlet reported.

Palestinian Security rounds up dozens, arrest 44 Arabs for selling property to Jews

Mahmoud Abbas’ security forces reported in a rare statement that they have arrested 44 Palestinians suspected of involvement in alleged real estate transactions of “transferring ownership over [Islamic] land to the occupation” and ‘urged’ others not to sell lands or homes in the West Bank and eastern side of Jerusalem to Jews.

In an uncharacteristic move for the most pro-Israel administration, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo appears to be working hard to obstruct an October law that would compensate families of American victims of Palestinian terrorism, according to web-based political journalism website Talking Points Memo.
