Five members of an interfaith delegation to Israel were prevented from boarding their flight from Washington, DC, reportedly due to their activism on behalf of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement.

The Jewish Voice for Peace organization said in a statement Monday that the delegation tried to check into its Lufthansa flight at Dulles International Airport, only to be told that the Israeli government had ordered the airline not to let the five passengers aboard. Continue Reading »

Israel’s Security Cabinet decision: Metal detectors to be removed & replace by advanced optics

In an agreement facilitated by Jason Greenblatt, U.S. President Donald Trump’s Mid-East envoy, the Temple Mount’s magnetometers will be replaced with advanced technologies according to Monday night’s decision from Israel’s Security Cabinet, with an allocated budget of up to 100 million shekels for the sophisticated optic & thermal devices.

PM Netanyahu & King Abdullah reach agreement to end 2-front crisis

REPORT: Israel’s wounded security agent from its embassy in Amman will return to Israel, unencumbered, and the newly placed metal-detectors will be removed from the Temple Mount’s entrances, for ‘alternative security measures.’

Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Jordanian King Abdullah spoke earlier this evening and an understanding is reportedly being reached to resolve the crisis between the two neighbors.

According to the Channel 10 report, the agreement stipulates that metal detectors will be removed from the entrances to the Temple Mount and will be replaced by other security measures.

Required wristbands worn at Romanian resort only identifies Israelis

Israelis vacationing at the Mamaia beach resort in Romania were surprised to learn how strangers knew their country of origin. Apparently, the wristbands that they were given didn’t only identify them by the resort they were at, it also identified them as Israeli.

Israel’s embassy in Jordan under lockdown after guard stabbed, then kills two

 

After the Israeli security guard was stabbed with a screwdriver at the Israeli embassy in Amman, the guard shot the 17 yr-old assailant and another man, as tensions over the Temple Mount continue to worsen.

An Israeli security officer at the Israeli embassy in Jordan was stabbed in the stomach in Amman by a man with a screwdriver moving furniture in one of the residences in the embassy compound Sunday night, as tensions over the Temple Mount spilled over to the east side of the Jordan River.

Gaza escalates tension, fires 2nd rocket at Israel, with IDF tanks destroying Hamas position

 

Because the Gaza rocket was tracked to explode in an open field in southern Israel, neither Iron Dome or the “Red Alert” warning siren were activated.

Gaza terrorists fired a rocket towards southern Israel overnight Sunday. The rocket exploded in an open area near the security fence in the Eshkol Regional Council.

Gaza Rocket Explodes in Southern Israel

 

IDF locates remnant of rocket fired from Gaza early Sunday morning in an open field, having presumed earlier it had exploded mid-air.

The Israeli army announced on Sunday afternoon that a rocket fired from Gaza in the early hours of the morning, had not exploded in mid-air as previously thought, but in fact landed in an open field inside Israel. No injuries or damage were reported.

The wife of Elad 36, one of the 3 Halamish victims butchered, managed to lock her children in a room during the attack, saving them from a certain death.

When the terrorist burst into a house in Neve Tzuf (Halamish) and started stabbing those assembled, the wife of one of those killed managed to lock five children into a room and call the Police. Her quick thinking likely stopped the body count from being even higher.
