Hamas divvies out land to loyal employees in lieu of pack-pay

Facing continuous financial troubles and ignoring the disapproval of the Palestinian Authority, the Hamas terrorist group offers a solution to compensate loyal employees who are owed months in back pay.

Hamas has begun handing out plots of the land to 40,000 civil servants loyal to the Islamic militant group, to make up for millions of dollars in salaries it owes them for the past two years. The land giveaway is the latest sign that Hamas is struggling financially after almost a decade of uncontested power in the coastal strip.

Israel’s Golan Druze leader laughs at UN claim of ‘hardship of occupation’

 

“I don’t understand what they’re talking about, it’s laughable,” the mayor of Majdal Shams said. Druze in the Golan “don’t serve in the IDF, and so far are only receiving from the state. Why don’t they condemn the horrors in Syria, where dozens of children are killed daily? (Israel’s) Golan residents have a good life.”

New bill in Israel’s Knesset seeks to designate completion of security wall protecting Judea & Samaria as a “high-priority national project,” to be finished within 18 month saying, ‘Incomplete fence main cause of terrorist infiltrations.’

A new bill introduced Thursday strives to facilitate completing the construction of the security fence in Judea and Samaria by 2018. The legislation proposal was presented by Zionist Union MK Omer Bar Lev, with the backing of 20 Zionist Union lawmakers.

“Saudi Arabia has taken advantage of the ailing Arab situation, only to build relations with Israel. The price will be at the account of the Palestinians,” he warned, in comments quoted by Lebanon’s National News Agency.

“This is free normalization with Israel and this will open the doors to other states than Saudi Arabia to follow suit,” added Nasrallah.

Rwandan genocide delegation visit Yad Vashem to emulate meaningful memorial

 

A delegation from Kigali Genocide Memorial Center visited the Int’l School for Holocaust Studies at Yad Vashem to learn how the Rwandan genocide can best be memorialized.

The International School for Holocaust Studies at Yad Vashem, held a seminar in conjunction with the Israeli Foreign Ministry on the Rwanda genocide which occurred in 1994 earlier this week.

A Palestinian in a Hamas terror cell involved in the death Rabbi Michael Mark of was killed during an Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) operation overnight near the West Bank city of Hebron, Israel’s Channel 2 news reports.

“A terrorist behind the attack in which Rabbi Michael Mark was assassinated on July 1 was killed on Tuesday night during exchanges of fire with soldiers,” a statement from the IDF said.

The museum exhibit is tricked out with cutting-edge technology designed to teach visitors about the embalming techniques employed by the ancient Egyptians.

Palestinians trying to sue Britain over Balfour Declaration

 

Nearly a century after the Balfour Declaration expressed British support for the Jewish State in Palestine, Palestinian leaders are petitioning the Arab League for assistance in bringing criminal charges against the UK for being the facilitator of the ‘Palestinian Catastrophe.’

Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas called for Britain to be prosecuted for the 1917 Balfour Declaration. The statements were made during an Arab League meeting in the Mauritanian capital of Nouakchott on Sunday.

He also called on Arab League members to assist him in pursuing this legal action.

Jordan arrests terrorist entering Israel with petrol bombs

 

REPORT: Jordanian border security detained a man who sought to enter Israel with a car carrying petrol bombs.

Jordanian border guards on Tuesday arrested a man as he tried to enter Israel in a car containing petrol bombs, an official said, according to AFP.

He was detained after ignoring orders at a checkpoint and trying to drive through roadblocks leading to the border, the source told the news agency, speaking on condition of anonymity.

Persevering after being attacked by fellow Arab for posting Israeli flag on Facebook, Khaled Abu Mokh says many more Arabs do love Israel.

Khaled Abu Mokh is an Israeli Arab Muslim who loves the Jewish state. He works at a hotel in Jerusalem, together with a number of other Israeli Arabs. Last week, one of those Arab co-workers violently attacked Abu Mokh over his pro-Israel stance.

Israel Air Force Strikes Syria in Response to Mortar Fire on Israel

Although no injuries were reported in Israel from mortar explosion that was assumed to be spillover from Syrian turmoil, the IDF holds Syria responsible and “will continue to act in order to preserve Israeli sovereignty and safeguard Israel.”
