American and Israeli firms will continue building the Jerusalem embassy and its compound over the next 6 years, with the planned  inaugurated next week being mostly symbolic, since at first, only the U.S. Ambassador will be moving to the new capital building.

Israel prepared for possible Iranian retaliatory missile attack in north

Since last month’s strike on the Syrian T4 air base holding Iranian weapons planned to be used by Hezbollah against Israel, hostilities continue to escalate with Iranian threats being taken seriously.

Israel’s defense is reportedly bracing itself for a possible imminent missile attack from its northern border in retaliation for the Israel strike last month on the Syrian T4 air base, which hit Iranian facilities and killed seven Revolutionary Guards personnel.

Preparations have been identified recently for a launch of Iranian missiles on Israel’s northern border, organized by the Revolutionary Guards, local media reported Sunday evening.

As three Palestinians were attempting to sabotage Israel’s security fence with Gaza by planting explosive devices Sunday afternoon, Golani Brigade soldiers spotted the trio, opening fire that killed 2 and wounded the third.

IDF soldiers killed two Palestinians on Sunday afternoon, and shot a third while trying to cross and sabotage the southern end of the Gaza border fence, according to the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit.

The third Palestinian was said to be in serious condition and was evacuated to hospital in the strip.

IDF bombs Hamas position responsible for launching burning kites into Israel

“We will continue to act against terrorist acts above and below ground, and we see the Hamas terrorist organization as solely responsible for what is going on in and out of the Gaza Strip,” said the IDF.

Prime Minister Netanyahu invited to meet President Putin on Wednesday

Russian President Vladimir Putin has invited Israel’s Prime Minister to attend Victory Day parade celebrating win over Nazi Germany, and then meet in the Kremlin to discuss regional concerns.
• This will be their 8th meeting in the past 2 years.

In addition, Putin invited Netanyahu to participate with the Russian leader in the annual march marking the Soviet victory over Nazi Germany, after which they will convene in the Kremlin.

The meeting was confirmed following a phone conversation between the two this past Monday, in which they had agreed to meet as soon as possible.

Mystery explosion in Gaza kills 6 terrorists

A strong explosion was felt on Saturday evening in central Gaza.

Six people died and three were injured as a result of the explosion, Gaza’s Health Ministry said.
