In this joint IDF, Shin Bet operation, night-vision aerial reconnaissance film shows 2 vessels with 4 Hamas operatives intercepted, foiling their attempt to smuggle materials into Gaza, meant for the manufacture of rockets that would be fired on Israeli cities.

The IDF thwarted an attempt to smuggle materials, meant for manufacturing rockets, into the Gaza Strip in early May, The army released for publication Friday morning.

Two Palestinian vessels entered the forbidden area in the southern Gaza Strip on May 11, in violation of the security regulations and the armistice directives. The navy seized the vessels and the four suspects on them were transferred to interrogation of security forces. Continue Reading »

Islamic Jihad admits pregnant woman & baby killed by defective rocket, not IDF

LEAKED: In exchange for their silence on the circumstances of the baby’s death, Islamic Jihad officials met with the victims’ family to secure them compensation and deem the baby a “martyr,” admitting, “There is no doubt that the baby’s death has nothing to do with the enemy’s [Israel’s] planes.”

The Islamic Jihad, one of the terror organizations responsible for the recent wave of attacks against Israel, admitted that the baby that was killed in Gaza during the latest escalation died as a result of a misfired rocket, TPS reported on Monday.

“A leak from the heroes of the [Islamic Jihad’s] Sarayat al-Quds (Jerusalem Brigades) on the circumstances of the death of the baby Saba Abu ‘Arar indicates that a rocket of the resistance exploded inside the family’s home due to a technical failure, and prematurely exploded,” a news item by Hamas’ al-Risala News said. UN Human Rights Council adopts report charging Israel of war crimes

Having not entered Gaza or Israel during their ‘investigation’, and receiving no cooperation with the Israeli government, the UNHRC still adopted a report accusing only Israel of war crimes during Hamas’ year-long organized clashes with armed rioters along Gaza’s border with Israel.

The United Nations Human Rights Council on Friday voted to adopt a report accusing Israel of human rights violations, including war crimes, for its response to violent riots and attacks on the Israeli border along the frontier with Gaza.

On Friday, the Council’s 40th session voted in Geneva by a margin of 23 to 9, with 14 abstentions and one absence, to adopt the 252-page report conducted by the Commission of Inquiry on the Protests in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. Continue Reading »

Hamas rejects military boots into Gaza, claims they’re bugged

Having examined the shoes that entered via Israel’s Kerem Shalom Crossing, Hamas claims the IDF bugged them with electronic chip in order to spy on Gaza terrorist groups.

A Fatah breakaway group in the Gaza Strip claimed its members have intercepted a shipment of military boots equipped with “secret electronic tracking chips,” that were on their way to market, according to a Palestinian news source.

Palestinian men take children into Israel for medical aid, leave them at border

Israel alarmed by ‘unacceptable phenomenon’ where Palestinian parent remains in Israel illegally by using their children to enter Israel for medical treatment, then abandons them at Gaza border crossing.

A worrying phenomenon appears to have developed on the border with the Gaza Strip that sees parents of children taken to Israel for medical treatment abandon their offsprings in order to remain in the country as illegal residents.

The United Nations, Egypt and Qatar are determined to achieve some sort of normalization in Gaza with or without Abbas’s consent; having reached the conclusion that Abbas is not going to change his position regarding Hamas, all three now negotiate directly with Israel and Hamas with his exclusion.
• In the eyes of many Palestinians, Abbas is the ‘bad guy’ who is punishing Gaza, while others, even Israel, are trying to end the crisis.

Qatar to pay Hamas blackmail of $15M/per month to end border violence

Hamas leaders and Abbas’ archenemy Mohammed Dahlan met in Cairo last Friday with Egyptian officials on how to comply and pay Hamas’ blackmail of monthly payments of $15 million in cash to counter Abbas’ ending of electricity funding for the strip and his stopping salaries of ‘state employees’ in Gaza.

Egyptian & PA officials accuse Palestinian autocrat for escalating Gaza crisis

The Palestinian Authority’s kleptocratic leader, Mahmoud Abbas recently blocked Qatari-funded fuel from reaching electricity-starved Gaza. Abbas “is doing everything in his ‎power to escalate the crisis in Gaza and prevent ‎Hamas from marking any diplomatic achievement,” an ‎Egyptian source said.

WASHINGTON — The State Department has cut more than $200 million in aid to the Palestinian Authority “at the direction of the president,” the administration announced on Friday.

REPORT: White House wants Gaza ceasefire ‘with or without Abbas agreement’

Trump administration official told an Israeli daily on Monday that the White House “supports Egypt’s efforts to secure a ceasefire in Gaza,” and “We would like to see an end to fighting with or without the PA.”

The White House hopes to see a long-term ceasefire between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip, with or without Palestinian Authority (PA) support, a Trump administration official told Haaretz on Monday.
