IDF jets strike Hamas compound following launching of explosive balloons on Israel

In retaliation to the continued release of explosive balloons from the Gaza terror enclave on Israeli civilian towns, IDF fighter aircraft once again strike at a Hamas military compound.

The IDF Spokesperson’s Unit said on Tuesday evening that IDF fighter planes and aircraft attacked a number of terrorist targets in a military compound belonging to the Hamas terrorist organization in the northern Gaza Strip.

The attack was carried out in response to the explosive balloons that were sent from the Gaza Strip toward Israeli territory.

Bundle of balloons launched from Gaza before reportedly dropping an explosive charge near Kibbutz Nir Oz in Israel.

Hamas rejects military boots into Gaza, claims they’re bugged

Having examined the shoes that entered via Israel’s Kerem Shalom Crossing, Hamas claims the IDF bugged them with electronic chip in order to spy on Gaza terrorist groups.

A Fatah breakaway group in the Gaza Strip claimed its members have intercepted a shipment of military boots equipped with “secret electronic tracking chips,” that were on their way to market, according to a Palestinian news source.

Hamas turns to Bitcoin to hide terror funding

In its latest maneuver to evade Israeli intelligence from intercepting the funding for their terror operations, Hamas has turned to using the cryptocurrency Bitcoin, and are appealing to their supporters to exploit the benefits of anonymous funding.

Hamas arrests 3 Italian security personnel mistaken for IDF soldiers

Only after the Italian Ambassador spoke with Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh were the Italian security guards released, having fled into a UNESCO building in Gaza, then held for two days of questioning by Hamas security.

Hamas on Tuesday night released three Italian security guards held for two days at the UNESCO offices in the Gaza Strip on suspicion of being part of an IDF undercover force. The three were freed following intervention by the Italian ambassador to Israel.

U.S. Congress targets Hezbollah & Hamas with anti-human shield legislation

A bill that singles out Hamas & Hezbollah as habitual offenders of an inhumane tactic that violates international law was approved in the House of Representatives and is set to pass in the Senate, before being signed into law by President Trump.

The US House of Representatives passed legislation targeting those who use “human shields” in military confrontations with Israel. The tactic is often employed by Palestinian terrorist group Hamas and the Iranian-backed Lebanese Hezbollah organization, who Israel says conceal their arsenals in civilian structures such as schools, homes and hospitals.

United Nations Refuses to Condemn Hamas

World body routinely condemns Israel by simple majority, but as usual, enacts a double standard against Israel to officially condemn Hamas, so General Assembly decides a 2/3 majority must be needed to condemn the Palestinian terror group.

The United Nations has failed to officially condemn Hamas, even after the US and Israel managed to garner a strong majority in the General Assembly for a resolution doing just that.

The United Nations, Egypt and Qatar are determined to achieve some sort of normalization in Gaza with or without Abbas’s consent; having reached the conclusion that Abbas is not going to change his position regarding Hamas, all three now negotiate directly with Israel and Hamas with his exclusion.

Qatar to pay Hamas blackmail of $15M/per month to end border violence

Hamas leaders and Abbas’ archenemy Mohammed Dahlan met in Cairo last Friday with Egyptian officials on how to comply and pay Hamas’ blackmail of monthly payments of $15 million in cash to counter Abbas’ ending of electricity funding for the strip and his stopping salaries of ‘state employees’ in Gaza.

Palestinian terrorist killed by IDF tank after shooting at soldiers on Gaza border

After a single Arab terrorist from Hamas controlled Gaza opened fire on an Israeli army unit along the northern border with Israel, IDF Merkava tank eliminates the terrorist.

A terrorist operating out of the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip opened fire on IDF forces stationed along the Gaza border Monday morning, before being killed by Israeli tank fire.

The incident occurred along the border of the northern Gaza Strip, an IDF spokesperson said Monday, when a single terrorist opened fire on an Israeli army unit.

Earlier this month a Hamas snipper firing into Israel was eliminated by IDF tank-fire.

US Senate bipartisan bill condemns Hamas, Hezbollah’s use of human shields

12 Republican and 3 Democrat senators are currently sponsoring a bill would impose concrete penalties against Hamas, Hezbollah and any group that exploits the use of human shields.

A bill introduced in the United States Senate last week would “impose concrete penalties” on terrorist groups that set up “their terrorist infrastructure among civilian populations,” singling out Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon as the main perpetrators of the use of human shields.

Senators Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and Joe Donnelly, D-Indiana, and 15 other lawmakers have sponsored the bill.

Following Hamas snipper-fire IDF tank destroys position, 2 killed, 6 injured

Two Hamas militants were killed Tuesday after the IDF shelled a Hamas position near Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza Strip after troops came under fire while on patrol.

IDF Spokesman Addresses French Parliament

Brig. Gen. Ronen Manelis addressed the French Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Committee, the first time a uniformed IDF officer has briefed the forum, saying, “The leaders of Hamas operate from inside Gaza, but are also here in Europe.”
