Damascus arms depot hit after weapons recently arrived for Hezbollah

Syria’s state media says Israel has launched a missile attack on Damascus International Airport Saturday, adding that Syrian air defenses shot down some of them.

An Israeli military spokeswoman said Israel does not comment on foreign reports.

The Saturday night attack shook the capital Damascus as blasts were heard in the city. Syrian media quoted an unnamed military official without giving further details. Continue Reading »

Israel Air Force ‘tags’ jets that destroyed Syrian nuclear reactor

In a ceremony commemorating  Operation “Outside the Box”, pilots who carried out the 2007 attack in Syria, marked the planes that destroyed Assad’s nuclear reactor.

A ceremony was held on Thursday to mark the 11th anniversary of Operation “Outside the Box”, during which the Israeli Air Force (IAF) struck the nuclear reactor in Syria, and to commemorate the achievements of the IAF during the course of the operation.

The aircraft which took part in the operation belonged to three different squadrons: The 69th ‘Hammers’ Squadron, the 119th ‘Bat’ Squadron, and the 253rd ‘Negev’ Suadron. Continue Reading »

After IDF jet destroys Hamas HQ in Gaza, erroneous claims of ceasefire emerge

Qatar owned Al Jazeera Media Network reports an Egyptian-brokered ceasefire has been reached between Gaza’s ruling party, Hamas, and Israel.

The Al Jazeera network reported on Thursday evening that an Egyptian-brokered ceasefire had been reached between Hamas and Israel and added that it came into effect at 10:45 p.m.

An Israeli source clarified, however, that the report is incorrect.

Hamas officer dead, 3 injured by IDF strike on launchers of incendiary balloons

Arab Media Report: IDF jets strike Iranian forces in Syria, again

Syria’s state-controlled SANA news agency reported that Israeli jets once again hit the T-4 military airbase in Syria, where Iranian forces are known to be stationed, despite Syria’s use of S-200 missile batteries to hinder their mission.

A Syrian airbase used by Iran’s Revolutionary Guard was targeted in a series of airstrikes Sunday night, Arab media outlets have claimed.

According to a report by Syria’s state-controlled SANA news agency, the T-4 airbase in Syria was attacked by fighter planes which approached from the south.

Foreign Report: Israeli jets explode Iranian, Hezbollah weapons depots in Syria

According to a Syrian rebel report, Israeli jets entered the Deraa district, which recently displaced tens of thousands of civilians due to the regime’s bombardments, and fired rockets at ammunition warehouses belonging to pro-Assad militias, resulting in massive explosions heard throughout the district.

#FakeNews CNN uses unnamed source to attribute latest Syrian strike on Israel

With mainstream media initially assuming the U.S. was responsible for the latest lethal airstrike in Syria, an American official is reported to have told CNN that Israeli jets must have “overcome significant logistical hurdles” to strike near the Iraqi border, far from Israel’s usual targets near Homs or Damascus.
