REPORT: Trump’s State Dept thwart Obama’s devious attempt to transfer $221 million to Palestinians

Chile Supreme Court rejects Palestinian lawsuit against three Israeli Judges

 

Chile’s Supreme Court rejected a Palestinian appeal to indict Israeli judges because there wasn’t any evidence to charge them as criminals, let alone war criminals or for crimes against humanity.

A complaint against three Israeli Supreme Court justices has been rejected in Chile for a second time.

The three – Former Judge Asher Grunis, Judge Uzi Feldman, and Judge Nil Handel – had complaints against them for their part in permitting the construction of the West Bank security barrier in the Beit Jala area.

Israel moves to decriminalize cannabis for personal use

 

Minister Erdan explained that under the new policy, police would focus enforcement of laws against marijuana use in public spaces, not people’s homes, saying, “The goal of the plan is to prevent significant harm to regular people who have no criminal past.”

WATCH: Israel’s Defense Ministry announced Wednesday’s trial testing concluded successfully in its entirety, managing to intercept every single simulated target in the air, and at a high altitudes far from the Israeli coastline.

The Israeli security apparatus completed an experiment stretching over a number of days of the new advance David’s Sling system capable of defending against mid-range missiles.

The system is being developed and manufactured jointly by Israel’s state-owned Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd and Raytheon Co, a top US arms maker.

During the experiment that took place on Wednesday, a number of precision missiles were launched from Israeli Air Force (IAF) jets above the Mediterranean, at which the advanced system dully fired interception rockets upon detection

Palestinian neutralized in West Bank trying to run over Israelis at bus stop

 

No-one injured except the killed Palestinian terrorist, in the attempted car-ramming attack.

A suspected terror attack was thwarted at a bus stop near the town of Kochav Ya’akov in the Binyamin region in the Binyamin region.

A terrorist veered from the main road and crashed into a bus stop where soldiers and civilians were standing. The terrorist was holding a knife but did not get out of the car. No injuries were reported during the attack. The terrorist was neutralized by two soldiers waiting at the bus stop.

– Gun fire was also reported on Tuesday by IDF forces along the Lebanese border near Metula in the Upper Galilee; no injuries or damage were reported.

First 671 new homes in Jerusalem, now Israel says OK to build 2500 West Bank homes

 

Although Israel approved today (Tuesday) plans to build an additional 2,500 family units inside existing West Bank settlements, a new Palestinian industrial park was also approved.

“We are returning to normal life in Judea and Samaria,” Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman said in a statement announcing the plans.

According to the statement, Liberman and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu agreed to approve plans for the units in order to enable normal life and answer local housing needs. Netanyahu said, “We are building, and will continue to build.”
