Arab Joint List party lawmakers congratulate new UK Labour leader Corbyn on win

 

Jeremy Corbyn, known for his anti-Israel rhetoric, has come under scrutiny for his ties and support of Islamic extremist groups such as Hezbollah & Hamas, to whom he calls ‘our friends.’

Five lawmakers from the Arab Joint List party sent a letter of congratulations to newly-elected UK Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn. They hail Corbyn’s victory as “an extraordinary achievement for all democratic forces and socialists around the world.”

The letter continues: “We see you as a partner in our struggle to end the occupation and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state and a sovereign state with East Jerusalem as its capital, alongside Israel.” Continue Reading »

As Europe Burns, Former French Minister: Germany Took Our Jews & Gave Us Arabs

 

A former French minister Patrick Devedjian quickly tried to back-step after stirring up controversy when he sarcastically said Germany left his country with Arabs.

A former French minister stirred up controversy on Friday after saying Germany “took our Jews and gave us Arabs”.

The comments by Patrick Devedjian came as France began taking some of the thousands of refugees arriving in Germany and were taken sensitively in light of the refugee crisis in Europe.

A local Norwegian politician has called for the cancelation of his city’s twinning arrangement with Nablus after it was revealed that a monument praising terrorism was erected in the Palestinian city.

According to an exposé by the Palestinian Media Watch (PMW), the Nablus municipality had named a town square after Naif Abu Sharah, who was involved in a number of terrorist attacks – the most notable of which was the double suicide attack in Tel Aviv on January 5, 2003, which killed 23 and wounded dozens. Survey: European Jews Afraid to be Recognized as Jewish

 

Record breaking number of anti-Semitic inspired acts of violence has manifested into overt fright with over 85% of European Jewry not attending Rosh Hashana services this year, for fear of possible anti-Semitic repercussions.

An alarming majority of Jews living in Europe today are afraid to reveal their Jewishness, a survey carried out by the Rabbinical Centre of Europe(RCE) published on Tuesday found.

The data indicates a severe erosion in the sense of security felt by European Jews.

Purchase approved at $250 million by Swiss parliament despite pro-Palestinian supporters rallying against investment in anything Israeli.

Switzerland’s parliament on Monday voted in favor of a controversial plan to buy six Israeli surveillance drones worth 250 million Swiss francs ($256 million, 230million euros).

The upper house of the Swiss parliament approved the purchase of six unarmed Hermes 900 drones with 30 votes in favor and 12 opposed, confirming the lower chamber’s previous authorization of the deal.

Campaigners had rallied against the deal with Israeli company Elbit Systems, urging Switzerland not to invest in Israel’s military complex due to its alleged “systematic human rights abuses” against Palestinians. Continue Reading »

South Africa considers eliminating dual citizenship status to halt Jews’ IDF enlistment

 

The African National Congress, South Africa’s ruling party is also discussing limitations on its private sector’s ties with Israel, not just stopping its citizens from holding Israeli citizenship.

The ruling African National Congress (ANC) in South Africa is reported to be reviewing the country’s dual citizenship policy in a bid to stop citizens from joining the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

The local Sunday Times newspaper is also reporting that the government is also hoping to crackdown on private sector ties with Israel.

Another Week, Another ‘Work Accident’ – Hamas Naval Commando Drowns

 

Militant of Gaza’s governing terror organization’s expanding commando unit met his doom in a training mishap in the northern Gaza Strip.

A fighter in Hamas’s naval commando unit in Gaza has drowned during a training accident near the beaches of Beit Lahiya in the Gaza Strip, the terror organization’s military wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, announced Sunday.

The dead Hamas commando is Sahar Nabil al-Bahri, 27, from Beit Lahiya. In a strange coincidence, the meaning of name al-Bahri in Arabic is “naval”.

Years After Condemning Israel, European Countries Now Seek Similar Border Fence

 

In seeking solutions to help tackle the massive migrant crises enveloping European nations, Hungary & Bulgaria are inquiring about Israeli designed border fences & security systems.

Faced with a surge in migration from the Middle East and North Africa, two European countries are exploring the possibility of erecting towering steel security fences along parts of their borders, similar to Israel’s barrier with Egypt. 

Hungary and Bulgaria have made preliminary inquiries about buying the Israeli-designed fences, according to an Israeli business source who declined to be named due to the sensitivity of the discussions.

Luxembourg’s largest supermarket chain capitulates after noisy pro-Palestinian demonstrations at the chain’s stores intimidated and disturbed its customers month after month.

Luxembourg’s largest supermarket chain, Cactus, had decided to halt the sale of produce until its supplier finds proof that its origin is not the West Bank.

The chain’s management caved in to pressure by the pro-Palestinian organization Comité pour une Paix Juste au Proche-Orient, which held noisy demonstrations at the chain’s stores, claiming that they sold products from settlements.
