MK Yaakov Perry (Yesh Atid), presented Danish Parliament Speaker Pia Kjærsgaard with a list of organizations her country funds that promote boycotts of Israel, calling on her to fight the anti-Semitic boycott, divestment and sanctions movement during her visit to the Knesset Wednesday.

The Syrian website ‘Zaman Al Wasl,’ which identifies with the opposition forces, quoted a military official from the Syrian regime who claimed that the Israel Air Force had carried out an airstrike against military targets close to a village 13 kilometers north of Homs.

According to the claims, the attack took place two days ago after midnight during which the IAF took out Hezbollah weapons caches in areas also containing antennas for Syrian radar systems, in addition to an air defense battalion that secures the area. Continue Reading »

Syrian media: Israeli jets attacked Syrian targets over weekend

 

Uncorroborated media reports originating in Syria have IAF jets attacking targets near the embattled city of Homs.

Israeli jets attacked a target in Syria over the past weekend, Syrian media reported Tuesday.

The attack took place near the embattled city of Homs, the report continued.

The report added that Syrian defense systems identified the Israeli aircraft within their airspace but refrained from firing.

A chauffeur for Israel’s Norwegian Embassy was arrested last week at the Allenby Crossing to Jordan for allegedly trying to smuggle 10 kilograms (22 pounds) of antiquities out of the country, the Times of Israel reported on Monday, citing a Tax Authority statement.
