Palestinian petitions Israeli court to block funds to corrupt PA officials

In an urgent petition filed with the High Court of Justice, a Palestinian who lives in Haifa demands that the funds normally transferred to Mahmoud Abbas’ PA via Israel’s Finance Ministry, be directly deposited into the accounts of Palestinian workers and needy families.

Mohammad Aref Massad, a former Palestinian security prisoner, has demanded that Israel stop transferring tax-revenue funds to the Palestinian Authority on the pretext that the money is being used to fund terrorism and corruption.

Massad, who currently lives in Haifa, made his demand in an urgent petition he filed last week with the High Court of Justice against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon and the Knesset Finance Committee. Continue Reading »

The “Partners in Fate; Partners in Government” video has been viewed nearly 2 million times in Hebrew. The 55-second clip features a series of Israeli Arab doctors and nurses, noting that they, alongside their Jewish colleagues, have won the praise of the entire nation during the battle against the coronavirus. Israel returns 5 Sudanese infiltrators nabbed sneaking in from Lebanon

After the IDF caught five Sudanese men trying to sneak into the country across the Lebanese border last overnight, they were questioned and returned subsequent to ascertaining the 5 were nefarious migrants, not potential terrorists.

Israeli forces caught five Sudanese men who tried to illegally enter the country across the Lebanese border overnight and sent them back, the army said in a statement.

A military spokeswoman told AFP it was believed the men had intended to seek work in Israel, which was home to more than 6,000 Sudanese asylum seekers as of January.

Iran threatens Germany for outlawing the Hezbollah terrorist group

Saying Berlin caved to Zionist and American pressure, Iran slammed Germany’s ban on Hezbollah’s activities saying, “The German government must face the negative consequences of its decision in the fight against real terrorist groups in the region.”

Iran on Friday slammed Germany’s ban on the activities of the Hezbollah terrorist organization on its soil, saying it would face consequences for its decision to “give in to Israeli and US pressure.”

In a statement quoted by AFP, Iran’s foreign ministry said the ban ignores “realities in West Asia”.

ICC prosecutor prepares groundwork to charge Israel with war crimes

By claiming “Palestine is a State,” the International Criminal Court prosecutor’s ruling means that the ICC has jurisdiction and Fatou Bensouda can begin taking on Palestinian causes.

International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor Fatou Bensouda’s claim that “Palestine is a state,” has more than likely paved the way for future war crimes investigations against Israel.

With her assertion, in one fell swoop she has enabled the court to claim jurisdiction involving Palestine’s cases.

Bensouda’s primary argument about Palestine’s status was that in 2015, it was accepted into the ICC’s Assembly of State Parties, without encountering any significant objections. Her claim that no members legally challenged Palestine before the ICC judges at the time, was a form of legal acceptance, according to a report in The Jerusalem Post. Continue Reading »

Syrian Report: IDF gunships fired missiles at Hezbollah in Golan Heights

Syrian media reported that on Thursday night, the second attack within a week, Israeli helicopters from Israel’s side of the Golan Heights, launched an air strike on Hezbollah targets in the Quneitra region.

Syrian television reported on Thursday night that Israeli aircraft attacked several targets in southern Syria with missiles.

A radio station affiliated with the Syrian regime said that the attack had taken place in the Quneitra area. There were no reports of injuries, only of damage to property.

It was just a few hours after Israel’s Defense Minister Naftali Bennett warned Iran that it was not in their best interest to remain in war-torn Syria, where a Monday airstrike blamed on the Jewish state targeted infrastructure belonging to the Islamic Republic.

62 yr-old woman stabbed in Memorial Day Palestinian terror attack

The hurt woman sustained moderate to serious wounds and was taken to hospital for treatment; the 19 yer-old Palestinian assailant was shot and seriously wounded at the scene.

A woman was moderately to seriously wounded in a suspected terror attack in Kfar Sava as Israel marked Memorial Day for its fallen soldiers and victims of terrorism.

The 62-year-old woman was stabbed by a 19-year-old Palestinian assailant wearing a mask at around 1pm outside a shopping mall on Galgalei ha-Plada Street in the central city

The shot terrorist is watched at the scene of the terror attack in Kfar Sava by armed police as paramedics work to stop the bleeding of the 62-year-old woman.

Two French policemen injured in car ramming attack by ‘pro-Palestinian’

Officials say ramming attack of the two French Police motorcyclists in Paris suburb was deliberate, leaving both hospitalized, one gravely injured by a terrorist who wanted to avenge events in “Palestine”.

A car rammed two police motorcyclists in a suburb of Paris on Monday, police unions said, according to Reuters.

One of the officers was left in an artificial coma in hospital because of his grave injuries, the report said.

J’lem District Court: PA to pay $142M to families of Israeli terror victims

Brought to the Jerusalem District Court by Shurat HaDin on behalf of 8 families, the final amount follows last summer’s ruling that the Palestinian Authority was liable for damages of up to $284 million.

The Jerusalem District Court ruled on Friday that the Palestinian Authority must pay NIS 500 million ($142 million) to the families of those killed in Palestinian terrorist attacks, mostly during the Second Intifada (2000-2005).

Judge Moshe Drori ruled last July that the PA was liable for damages of up to NIS 1 billion ($284 million), since which time the Israeli legal organization Shurat HaDin worked to prove damages on behalf of eight families representing 17 complaints in which 34 Israelis were murdered and seven wounded, mostly between the years 2000 and 2002. 7 killed in 2nd airstrike in Syria blamed on Israel within a week 

Initial reports claimed that at least four Iranian militants we killed after the Syrian air defense systems were activated.

At least four Iranian militants and three civilians were killed and another four people were wounded, including a child, after Syrian air defense systems were activated in response to an alleged Israeli airstrike targeting the Damascus area from Lebanese airspace early Monday morning, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR).

The attack marks the second airstrike in Syria blamed on Israel in the past week.

The civilian deaths and injuries were caused after shrapnel from Israeli missiles hit homes in the towns of Al-Hujaira and Al-Adliya in the Damascus area, according to Syria’s state news agency SANA. Continue Reading »

A British teenager who accused 12 Israelis of gang-rape in Cyprus last year said she had consensual sex with one of the youths, who then called on the rest of the group to join in on the act that lasted over half an hour.

A terrorist attack was reported east of Jerusalem Wednesday morning. The attack was a combination ramming and stabbing attack, with an explosive device found at the scene of the attack.

The incident occurred at the Kiosk checkpoint near Abu Dis, in the Maale Adumim area, just east of the capital, when a vehicle rammed a Border Police officer at the checkpoint. A terrorist then exited the vehicle and stabbed the officer with a pair of scissors. Continue Reading »
