Israeli units off to assist Florida in search and rescue efforts

United Hatzalah, Israel’s national community-based volunteer EMS organization along with IDF’s National Rescue Unit were sent to Florida with expert psychologists, therapists, a K-9 unit and top engineering experts.

Following discussion between the defense establishment, and the IDF with the Florida governor’s office and in coordination with the MFA, Defense Minister Benny Gantz has approved the dispatch of an emergency Homefront Command delegation to Surfside, Florida, consisting of a team of engineering and rescue specialists, to assist in the search and rescue efforts following Thursday’s condo collapse disaster.

🇭🇳 Honduran President Hernandez moves new embassy to Jerusalem 🇮🇱

Celebrating their bond with the Jewish state, Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez, says, “I am here today in the eternal capital of Israel to inaugurate the Embassy of Honduras in Jerusalem.”

Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez arrived in Israel to dedicate his country’s embassy in Jerusalem on Thursday, making the Latin American country the fourth to do so. Hernandez spoke at the event and praised Dr. Miriam Adelson and her late husband Sheldon Adelson for their work.

Hamas warned: Israel’s new gov’t won’t tolerate future attacks

Israel’s new gov’t has signaled Hamas that it has lost all patience and is prepared to launch a fresh campaign if needed, should Gaza terror groups continue violating Israeli sovereignty.

Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett on Sunday warned the Hamas terrorist organization against periodic rocket fire on Israel, saying that his government would not tolerate even sporadic attacks from the Gaza Strip.

Speaking at a state ceremony at the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem honoring the soldiers killed during the 2014 war with Hamas, dubbed Operation Protective Edge, Bennett gave his first public address as prime minister, saying that Israel’s patience for rocket attacks has been exhausted. Israel suffered its first casualties of the current round of fighting with Palestinian militants after two people were killed and two others wounded Tuesday by rocket fire on the city of Ashkelon.

State Dept announces intent to break US laws by giving $235M to Palestinians

Op-ed: Biden’s State Department decision is shameful, immoral and illegal, being a direct violation of both the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 and the Taylor Force Act of 2018, and Congress should hold the White House accountable.

The US State Department announced this week that the Biden administration intends to distribute $235 million in aid to the Palestinians, reportedly to “regain their ‘trust and goodwill’ after the Trump-era cuts.” The assistance package is set to take effect on April 10.

That decision is shameful, illegal and immoral, and Congress should not let it happen.

4 Syrian soldiers injured in alleged IDF airstrikes on Damascus targets

The strikes reportedly came from the direction of the Golan Heights and Lebanon, with Lebanese media reporting Israeli aircraft flying over large portions of Lebanon.
