Federica Mogherini, the European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, announced Wednesday that the body will scrutinize the new Palestinian textbooks for content that incites hate and violence, out of concern that EU aid funds are being used to promote hatred.

BBC caught covering up Palestinian anti-Semitism

BBC was called out for concealing open Arab anti-Semitism in its documentary about Gaza border protests by mistranslating the word ‘Yahud’ [Jew]….FIVE times, in an obvious attempt to point criticism on Israel instead of exposing institutionalized antisemitism prevalent in Palestinian culture.

The BBC is being accused of covering up Palestinian Arab anti-Semitism after it mistranslated in subtitles the word for “Jew” to “Israeli” several times in one documentary.

PLO official in Israeli hospital after PA terminated services for Palestinians

Jibril Rajoub, an avid supporter for violent terror attacks against Israelis, has been admitted to Ichilov hospital in Tel Aviv, despite the Palestinian Authority’s announcement 2 months ago that it discontinued all medical treatments in Israel for Palestinians.

Senior Palestinian leader Jibril Rajoub is currently undergoing treatment at an Israeli hospital, Palestinian Media Watch reported on Tuesday.

According to the organization, Rajoub has repeatedly expressed his support for terror attacks and violence against Israelis, while emphasizing the importance of maintaining the backing of the international community. Pentagon distributes Patriot missiles throughout Mideast to counter Iran

Having received intel that Iran’s military is planning an attack against US targets in the Mideast, the Pentagon redeploys Patriot missile batteries, designed to intercept ballistic missiles, cruise missiles or advanced aircraft.

The US will move a Patriot missile battery into the Middle East to counter threats from Iran, the Pentagon said Friday, reflecting ongoing concerns that Tehran may be planning to attack America forces or interests in the region.

The Defense Department released a statement about the move but provided no details. An official said the decision comes after intelligence showed that the Iranians have loaded military equipment and missiles onto small boats controlled by Iran’s Revolutionary Guard. Continue Reading »

The fact that Israel is an international judo power is already known to all. On Saturday, Israeli judokas continued to show superiority over the judo mat when they won three medals at the Grand Slam Championship in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Hamas leader seeks “return to calm” with Israel

Misjudging Israel’s response of targeting militant leaders, their homes, and command posts & stockpiles thought unknown to the IDF, Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh is seeking “a complete ceasefire” with Israel.

Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh said on Sunday night that he does not rule out the possibility of reaching a ceasefire agreement with Israel.

In a statement, Haniyeh said that the “return to calm is possible and depends on the commitment of the occupation to a complete ceasefire.”

IDF strikes Gaza in retaliation to launching incendiary devices at Israel

After IDF hit several Hamas military targets in Gaza following the launching of airborne firebombs and a long-range rocket, Gaza’s militant terror groups strike back, firing two additional rockets at Israel early Thursday morning…on Holocaust Remembrance Day.

The IDF struck several Hamas military targets in the northern Gaza Strip overnight, in response to the launching of incendiary airborne devices into Israel earlier Wednesday.

One firebomb launched on Wednesday caused a fire in a field in the Eshkol Regional Council.

US Secretary of State spurs Lebanon to settle maritime border with Israel

Israel on Sunday morning released two Syrian prisoners in what an Israeli official called a “goodwill gesture” for the body of the fallen American-Israeli soldier Zachary Baumel, which was returned to the Jewish homeland at the start of the month, 37 years after its first war with Lebanon in 1982.
