Hezbollah speechless, literally: IDF uncovers FOURTH Hezbollah attack-tunnel

Immediately after the IDF exposed the fourth Hezbollah cross-border attack-tunnel, explosive devices were placed inside the tunnel rendering it useless, but extremely dangerous for anyone entering from the Lebanese side.

The Israeli Defense Forces announced on Sunday morning that it had exposed a fourth tunnel on Israel’s northern border as Operation Northern Shield enters its third week.

The IDF operation, aimed at locating and destroying an unknown number of tunnels built by Lebanese Hezbollah, was made public on December 4 after being carried out for over four years previously under the name “Operation White Gold.”

US Navy informs officials Haifa docking may end when Chinese take over port

Retired American and Israeli defense & intelligence officials have raised security concerns over the upcoming Chinese management of the Port of Haifa beginning in 2021, as it might jeopardize U.S. Naval operations there.

WASHINGTON – The US Navy has acknowledged that its longstanding operations in Haifa may change once a Chinese firm takes over the civilian port in 2021, prompting Israel’s national security cabinet to revisit the arrangement, The Jerusalem Post has learned.

Haifa, the nation’s largest port city, regularly hosts joint US-Israeli naval drills and visits from American vessels. But a 2015 agreement between Israel’s Transportation Ministry and Shanghai International Port Group (SIPG) – a company in which the Chinese government has a majority stake – has raised intelligence and security concerns that are only now prompting an interagency review. Australia recognizes only West part of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital

On Saturday Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison, announced that Australia now recognizes West Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, but will not relocate the embassy from Tel Aviv.

Australia formally recognises West Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, reversing decades of Middle East policy, but will not move its embassy there immediately, Prime Minister Scott Morrison said on Saturday.

“Australia now recognises West Jerusalem, being the seat of the Knesset and many of the institutions of government, is the capital of Israel,” Morrison said.

Palestinian terrorist neutralized during knife attack on Police Officers in J’lem

Two Israel Border Police officers sustained light & moderate wounds from stabbing attack by Palestinian terrorist in Jerusalem’s Old City.

Two police officers were wounded in a stabbing attack at the Hospice junction in the Old City of Jerusalem on Thursday morning.

A 20-year-old female Border Police officer who suffered moderate injuries as evacuated to the Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital. A 21-year-old male officer with light injuries was evacuated to the Shaare Zedek Hospital.

Other police officers who were at the scene neutralized and killed the terrorist.

Australia flip-flops on recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital

Just one day after after The Australian published a report citing government sources that Scott Morrison’s Cabinet would recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital on Wednesday, Australia’s Prime Minister told reporters that “when I’m in a position to make that announcement, I will.”

Australia’s prime minister appeared to quash reports that he would announce his government’s recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital on Wednesday.

Hezbollah flabbergasted: IDF uncovers third Hezbollah terror tunnel

Immediately after the IDF uncovered yet another Hezbollah attack-tunnel, explosive devices were placed inside the tunnel rendering it neutralized and extremely dangerous for anyone entering from the Lebanese side.

A short while ago, IDF troops exposed a cross-border attack tunnel that crossed the Blue Line from Lebanese territory into Israel.

The attack tunnel is under the IDF’s control and does not pose an imminent threat, the army stated.

Australian tv reports: Australia set to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital

The TV station cited the daily, The Australian, that if the government’s decision is ratified by the cabinet on Tuesday after approval was made by the national security committee on Monday, an official announcement will be given on Wednesday.

Australia is reportedly set to formally recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, Australian public television station SBS reported on Tuesday.

The station cited local paper The Australian, saying that the decision is to be ratified by the cabinet at a meeting on Tuesday after its approval by the country’s national security committee on Monday.

2nd Arab Gulf State Permits Israeli Flights Thru Airspace

Israeli PM Netanyahu revealed Monday that Oman is allowing Israeli airline carrier El Al to enter its airspace, following Saudi permission for Indian flights to Israel.

An Arab Gulf state will allow Israeli civilian flights to enter its airspace, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu announced Monday, cutting the travel time from Israel to India.

Speaking at an Israeli Foreign Ministry conference on Monday, Netanyahu revealed that Israeli passenger jets will now be permitted to fly over the Gulf Arab state of Oman, on the southeastern end of the Arabian Peninsula.
